Here is a list of some projects we work on during the year:

Michigan Breast Cancer 3-Day Cheering Section

Fall
Join fellow Newcomers and Neighbors as we cheer along walkers in the 60-mile walk benefiting the fight against Breast Cancer.

Get Raked by PNN

Fall
Newcomer and Neighbor teens join forces to rake leaves for a local home owners in need of a hand.

Halloween Party Canned Food Drive

Fall
We will be collecting canned food for a local pantry at each of this years Halloween parties. Don't forget to bring your favorite nonperishable items when you come for the Halloween fun.

Annual Charity Poker Event

Winter
Join Newcomers & Neighbors for an evening of Poker fun. Proceeds benefiting a local charity.

Winter Coat and Boot Collection

Fall-Winter
Each year we collect winter coats and boots for children in need.

Salvation Army Bell Ringing

Winter
Our Annual Salvation Army Bell Ringing event is always a hit! This is a great way to get the whole family involved an an opportunity for our middle school students to complete community service hours.

Adoption of a Family

Winter
Every year, through various fundraisers, we purchase items for an adopted family to help make their holidays a little brighter.

Interest Group Challenge

Spring
Each year our interest groups compete to collect canned goods and personal products for a local charity.
