Dog-Sitting Co-Op
Dog owners exchange evening, overnight, and weekend dog-sitting services using a point system allowing them to make plans without having to worry about leaving their dog alone or having to pay for overnight or long-term kenneling. Friendship Circle
A group of people who help fellow members by making/purchasing and delivering a dinner to those Newcomers & Neighbors who could use a helping hand due to a family addition, illness, surgery, etc.
Got Culture?
We live in an area that offers a diverse collection of cultural events. Let's get together to enjoy some music or live theatre. This seeks out cultural events in and around the area for adults and families, especially for those with upper elementary/middle school aged kids and older. Ladies' Bowling
Members meet every other Monday for bowling. Childcare is free and older children can bumper bowl.
Ladies' Night Out
Once a month women members get together for an evening of fun beginning with dinner.
Let's Get Walking
Once a week members gather for a brisk walk through Plymouth to enjoy the sights and conversation with friends.
Out to Lunch
Members meet monthly for a weekday lunch get away.
Parents & Tots
Members meet with friends and new faces while learning about new and fun places in the area geared toward children 5 and under. The monthly activities have appropriate seasonal themes and take place on weekday mornings. For more information please contact parentsandtots@plymouthnewcomers.com.
Playgroups
Members meet for playgroups weekly. We currently have playgroups on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Scrapbooking
Members meet to work on their projects while sharing pictures, stories and snacks. This group meets once a month.
U Prep It
Individuals spend approximately 1 1/2 hours with fellow members at a dinner prep kitchen preparing home-cooked, fresh, healthy entrees. This group meets monthly.
